During this 75-minute Bedtime Ritual, you’ll be guided through:

Slow, supported shapes to release tension from the body and calm the nervous system

Simple, powerful practices to help you let go of stress, emotional residue, and the mental load of the day (and the season)
• Deep, Healing Rest
A long, soothing relaxation to help your body switch out of fight-or-flight and into true rest and repair.
