 Corporate sessions 

Bringing yoga & healing to your place of work

​

One of my favourite things to do is to bring Yoga & Healing sessions into workplaces.  Over the years, I have brought delivered wellness sessions for: RBS Natwest Offices, Colleges, Primary Schools, Spas, Libraries, and more recently to Secondary School staff online.

Numerous studies have shown that when organisations bring Yoga & Wellness into the workplace and offer staff the opportunity to break from their work and focus on their own wellbeing for a little while, they go back into their work SO much more productive, happier and efficient.

The most common requests I have with corporate sessions are: stress relief and back/neck pain relief.  With more & more people working from home now, people are spending more time than ever sitting at their desks. We all know this is not good for your body (or mind!) And throw into the mix a Global pandemic, and we have an increase in stress to deal with too. My sessions have a huge focus on overall wellbeing and I incorporate some more traditional yoga poses

to help with posture & pain together with a whole lot of de-stressing & relaxation.

I love to go into workplaces with my bespoke Yoga & wellness sessions. Each organisation has different needs & requirements and I tailor every corporate session to the specific needs of your workforce. More recently, my corporate work has been taken online which has worked well! All of the feedback showed that staff enjoyed being able to practice the session in the comfort of their own home, and because online sessions are recorded, you have them to download & keep forever for the benefit of your staff.

The main work factors cited by respondents as causing work-related musculoskeletal disorders were manual handling, working in awkward or tiring positions, and keyboard or repetitive work.

 The Solution  

Research suggests work related STRESS, respiratory problems, digestive problems and muscular issues are significantly IMPROVED BY the specific & regular practice of YOGA.

Research has concluded there is a SIGNIFICANT positive correlation between stress and Yoga, Yoga literally has the capacity to destress your workforce.  

 

Stress free employees feel happier, work harder, and have a longer term commitment to their organisation compared to their counterparts.

Our department had a session with Jenny in February 2021 via Zoom. We were all feeling really run down with being in education and trying to muddle through the pandemic. Jenny was suggested to us and she did not disappoint. Jenny was fantastic prior to our session with quick responses and working out what our team wanted and needed from our session with her.
